These quiet calls were heard coming from the forest, where a small
group of Long-tailed Macaque were settling down for the night. The
calls are made between infants, or are made by an infant
communicating with its parent. |

A very loud alarm call made by an adult male, as it spotted a feral
dog passing by. Later in the recording there is a crash of tree
branches, as the langur moves deeper into the forest. |

Heard calling from mid-canopy at the edge of lowland, secondary
forest. Other squirrels were heard the same evening calling from
deeper in the forest. |

These calls were recorded whilst a small group of Plantain Squirrel
were highly active at the edge of mangrove habitat: they comprise
typical chattering sounds with high-pitched squeaks. |

Slender Squirrel, was recorded on 17 Jan 2017 at 10:09 hrs, in
lowland, secondary forest in Singapore. |

These vocalisations were emitted whilst two treeshrews were
interacting. A similar, but louder, alarm call may be emitted when a
treeshrew is suddenly encountered along a forest trail. |
